[ ... Ryoji saw the contact list. It... was painful for him. Probably moreso than he wanted to admit. But he needed to tell the people who DID know her, right?

So it's through a text to everyone he does so, because he isn't sure he can do a video post on this. Looks like he'll be taking care of the tarantulas, but he won't forget, or regret. They were good friends. ]

to those that knew her, Vriska-chan has gone back to the veil.
i know not all of you guys were her friend and i understand not all of you got along with her
it was kind of my hope i could help change that and i wanted to try!!!!!!!!
but i just thought you should all know, anyway.

[ This is just not the kind of thing that makes Terezi Pyrope's day-- night-- whatever time of day it is right now. Not at all. Yep, it's pretty much safe to say her night is ruined. ]

[ Well, Yukari doesn't really know what she can do for him, really. But she knows what loss feels like... ]

[ He... knows that Terezi was her Kismesis. But he also remembers how sad she was when Vriska died because of Gamzee... ]

[ He knows it's probably far from reassuring. He is fairly sure she's faking it, but... still. He wants her to know that he cares about her, as well. He cares about all the trolls he's met at this point, whether they're aware of it or not. ]

[ ... Yukari. This means more to him than he can probably say. ]

[ He hasn't, at least, cried over this. That's silly. He wouldn't cry over this... Vriska would just call him a little wiggler if he did cry over her again. ]

She is actually in her room when she sends it, having remembered right after she sent the last one. She never did give a chance to give that diary to him, even if she'd planned to when she met Vriska.

Now...is a good a chance as any. ]

[ Ryoji will be downstairs by the time Yukari gets back, sitting on the sofa.

He... isn't smiling, but he isn't crying, either. He simply seems a bit melancholy. He woke up to this, but he is staring at his SFC, thinking more of the people she knew aside from him.

And... he is holding his scarf. For once it is off, and the scar around his neck... a long thing line, is obvious. He had nearly been killed that day. The same incident that... also led to their Moirallegiance. ]

[ A stubborn one, this one. But she is grateful to him for filtering this anyway. ]

[He wasn't Vriska's friend, and he's really not sorry that she's gone.]

[But... reading through the other messages, he realizes that a moirallegiance has been broken apart, and he does understand that.]

[ And down the stairs she goes, once she finally finds the yellow diary she's hidden away from her room. It's still in the bag, actually, smelling brand new, and she takes it with her--quickly spotting him sitting on the sofa.

...it's strange, really, to see him without the scarf on, and she certainly notices the scar, though she doesn't ask about anything just yet.

She just sits down next to him, the bag in her hand...searching for something meaningful to say. ]

[ It does... mean something to him, honestly, Equius. ]

[ He's quiet for a moment. It's mostly reminiscing on his part, really. When Yukari sits down next to him, he gives her a smile, though it IS a little forced. ]

Hey, Yukari-chan. Sorry... I'm a little embarrassed about this still.

[ The scar, of course, is what he means. ]

[ Ahhh, text. It is good that it is through text, because he is not sure he could force a smile right now like usual, anything. ]

[Because Equius said so and Equius wouldn't lie about that.]

[ He really does believe it. No matter what. Somehow he will do something about it. ]

[Haha, wow. now he feels like an even worse friend than he already did when this whole conversation started. How did he not know that?]

[ Terezi has her own thoughts about Vriska returning to the Veil. She knows that she'll be the one to kill her to prevent her from running off to fight Jack, which would in turn lead Jack back to the Veil where he would then proceed to kill them all. It's not something she likes to think about. Killing your childhood best friend, your former fellow Scourge Sister, your rival, your kismesis? Things might not have always been rainbows and sunshine in their relationship, but there have been a lot of good times, too. And recently, some black ones.

Other people may not understand it, but losing a kismesis hurts just as much as losing someone you love. But what hurts Terezi the most? She's almost certain that if and when Vriska returns to Vatheon, she won't remember a damn thing. ]
